Survey

This is the most popular level of report comprising a thorough inspection of the property with comment and advice, in plain wording, in an easy to read style. You will receive our own unique Greenstreet Survey Report, covering defects and potential problems.

Building Survey

A very comprehensive and detailed inspection providing discussion on defects, the causes, recommendations for repair and what to do next. This style of survey is usually reserved for older properties, listed buildings or those of non-traditional construction, but can equally be carried out on more recently built properties.
